Job Descriptions
• Gather and prepare all expenses related to food booths at the Music Festival.
• Create PO/PR bills to forward to the accounting department.
• Handle vendor contract documents, such as deposits, space rental fees, and other attached contract documents.
• Oversee event site operations, booth setups, and manage internal team expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1-2 years of direct experience in Sales Events, Sales Support, or related fields.
- Ability to resolve problems effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Flexible with time and willing to travel to other provinces.
- A music lover.
