Job Descriptions

1.Follow the work manual and procedures for routine equipment maintenance. including repairs, cleaning, maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition to meet production needs. 2.Perform duties as assigned daily by the supervisor or shift supervisor in production. Troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment and report abnormal problems that cannot be resolved to supervisor for Ensure timely repairs for production. 3.Responsible for recording the work of equipment maintenance and repair to the supervisor every week and reporting problems to the supervisor every time. 4.Responsible for PM, all machine, measuring instrument, jig fixture, air conditioning, electrical systems. And report it to ensure preventive maintenance for running production smoothly. Implement improvement project for productivity, quality, and safety. 5.Follow factory safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines. Report unsafe working conditions or equipment to your supervisor to maintain a safe work environment. 6.Support production line run smoothly 7.Resolve initial problems and coordinate with team 8.Good technical knowledge of equipment in manufacturing 9.Good knowledge of operational or mechanical details of the equipment, and how it works and what functions or task it performs.

Qualifications

Male
Age 22 - 30years.
High vocational certificate in Electrical or power/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical techniques/Manufacturing techniques other related fields.
New graduated higher than high school
At least 1 years of experience in Manufacturing, Technician, mechanical, facilities maintenance.
Positive thinking and communication skills.
Experience in fiber optic business would be advantages.
Interpersonal & Negotiation skill.
Systematic Thinking, Entrepreneurial Mindset
