Job Descriptions
1) Installing and maintaining hardware and software for employees.
2) Managing and troubleshooting networks (LAN/WAN).
3) Monitoring system performance and ensuring data security.
4) Manage software license.
5) Providing technical support and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
6) Backing up and recovering data regularly.
7) Managing user accounts and access controls.
8) Documenting system configurations and IT procedures.
9) Enforcing IT policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
10) Training employees on IT systems and security best practices.
11) Coordinating with vendors for equipment and software support.
12) Experiences in online workspace (Microsoft 365 or Google workspace) will be advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support or IT Support for web services
- Proficient in troubleshooting basic issues related to hardware and software
- Service-minded with a passion for customer support and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge and understanding of network/server systems and basic programming skills are considered an advantage
