Job Descriptions
1. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและการอนุมัติปล่อยเครื่องจักรในระบบ CRM ในการขายสินค้า 2. ดำเนินการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ขายเครื่องจักรในระบบ SAP พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลทางบัญชี 3. ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ขายอะไหล่ในระบบ SAP พร้อมบันทึกบัญชี 4. ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินอะไหล่ในระบบ SAP พร้อมบันทึกบัญชี 5. ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขาที่ตั้งเบิก ตามนโยบายการจ่าย บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายในตาราง Excel รายพนักงาน และบันทึกในระบบ SAP 6. ตรวจนับสต๊อกคงเหลือเครื่องจักรของสาขา และ สต๊อกอะไหล่ทุกสิ้นเดือนพร้อมกับผู้รับผิดชอบคลังสินค้า 7. สรุปยอดขายเครื่องจักรของสาขาในแต่ละเดือน 8. สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายตาม JOB ของช่างบริการ ในระบบ Excel 9. ตรวจนับทรัพย์สินของสาขา FIX ASSET และควบคุมการเคลื่อนย้าย 10. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ : 24 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา：ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. มีพื้นฐานและเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเดบิตและเครดิตในหลักการบัญชี
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี
