Job Descriptions

Main Function - Provide first and second-level support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of servers, workstations, and other IT systems. Job Details - Prepare and configure new user accounts, hardware, and software. - Support regarding IT Assets, Service Contracts, IT, Purchasing, Information filing - Conduct regular training sessions for employees on IT best practices. - Implement security measures to protect system data. - Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

Male, age 23-35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system engineering
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Knowledge of computers maintenance and related IT equipment.
Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Understanding system security and data backup processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
