Job Descriptions
Role & Responsibility:
•Coordinate with ABOs to getting their information for recognizing in monthly magazine including make an appointment with ABOs for magazine cover shooting i.e., shooting / fitting / interview date, prepared cosmetic, air ticket and hotel booking.
•Coordinate with other departments and other organizations, as well as coordinating with ABOs to participate in events and activities with the company.
•Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
•Monitor office supplies and ordering replacements.
•Make and confirm travel arrangements and manage team’s meeting agendas.
•Support the team with personal and daily operational inquiries.
Qualifications
- Fair knowledge of spoken and written English is required.
- Have a good knowledge of office equipment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Pay attention to details. / Service mindset
- Strong human relations and interpersonal communications skills.
- A good team player with people-oriented skills
