Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1.Professional Skills: -Possess a background in finance, accounting, and taxation, with knowledge of Thailand's DBD and BOI regulations. -Proficient in financial software and office tools (e.g., Excel, financial management systems). 2.Work Experience: -Extensive experience in both internal and external accounting, with familiarity in corporate taxation processes. -Experience in company registration and compliance processes is preferred. 3.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: -Able to work in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. -Maintain good relationships or coordination skills with government authorities, such as the tax office, to ensure smooth handling of taxation-related matters. 4.Responsibility and Time Management: -Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and the ability to complete various reporting tasks within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance. Bonus Points: 1.Familiarity with BOI company operations and compliance requirements. 2.Experience assisting external consultants with annual financial audits and corporate tax matters.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, finance or business required
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Finance.
  3. Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills
  4. Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  5. Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
  6. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills
  7. Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and with external stakeholders, including clients, Financial Institutions & Government Agencies
  8. Familiarity with BOI operations and compliance is a strong advantage.
  9. Good command of English and proficiency in Chinese is a plus
