บริการรับฝาก ซื้อขาย-เช่า อสังหาริมทรัพย์ทุกประเภท มีทีมงานนายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์มืออาชีพ พาลูกค้าเยี่ยมชม ดูแลทุกขั้นตอนครบ จบที่เดียว บริษัทต้องการรับทีมงานขายที่รักงานขายเข้ามาร่วมงานกับบริษัทฯของเรา 1. ออกพบลูกค้า / ต้องมีรถยนต์หรือจักรยานยนต์ 2. ให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 3. ตอบแชทลูกค้าปิดการขาย 4. พาลูกค้าชมโครงการ และเปิดห้องทำสัญญา 5. วันที่มีงานเปิดห้องไม่ต้องเข้าออฟฟิศ 6. วันที่ไม่มีงานเปิดห้องเข้าทำงานที่ออฟฟิศ 7. หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์/พักร้อน เงินเดือนและค่าคอมมิชชั่นตำแหน่งนี้มีการรับรายได้ 2 แบบ 1. มีฐานเงินเดือน 20,000 บาท + ค่าคอมมิชชั่น 6% 2. ไม่มีฐานเงินเดือน ค่าคอมมิชชั่น 50%
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. บุคคลิกดี มนุษสัมพันธฺ์ดี
  4. มีรถยนต์ หรือจักรยานยนต์ และมีใบขับขี่
  5. รักงานขายและการบริการลูกค้า
  6. มีความรู้ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  7. มีโน๊คบุ๊คส่วนตัว
  8. มีการเก็นเงินประกันการทำงานก่อนเริ่มงาน 5,000 บาท
  9. เก็บเงินประกันความเสี่ยงเดือนละ 1,000 บาท
  10. **มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
