Job Descriptions
Monitor networking systems, networking devices, LAN/WAN/WIFI Scope - Analyze network topologies and identify network performance issued on LAN/WAN/WIFI scopes - Provide support in network acquisition and analyze network traffic requirements - In-dept knowledge of network monitoring, SNMP monitoring system, network equipment and network operation techniques Providing network support and troubleshooting for customers. - Onsite service in case of Implementation Project and coordinated with third party.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer, MIS or other related fields.
  2. Service mind with positive work attitude.
  3. Work effectively with diverse group of people.
  4. Good general technical knowledge of computer and networking technologies.
  5. Technical knowledge of networking hardware and software with 1st line support.
  6. Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environment.
  7. Good communication skills for both spoken and written in English.
