Job Descriptions

1. To oversee the efficient receiving, storage, value-added services, and dispatch of a wide variety of products, while controlling operation costs and ensuring profitability in accordance with the business plan and revenue targets for the site. 2. To develop plans for managing the warehouse in alignment with company policies and vision, overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations, while ensuring efficient space utilization through optimized layout design. 3. To control overtime and administration cost under suitable and minize cost. If some point is over, Manager should be find out and solve the problem neither cut some process is unnecessary nor new assignment for other CS support short term. 4. To prepare annual budget. 5. To initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. 6. To manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. 7. To maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. 8. To manage compliance and insurance claims. 9. To produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc). 10. To mentor, coach and motivate employees, support staff training based on the training plan with HCM, and lead OJT sessions to enhance both basic knowledge and address problems or case studies, including preventive actions for team sharing. 11. To execute plans for communicating with staff on daily operations, BCP, business plans, and directions, including new updates, and to set up internal meetings with the team for smoother communication

Qualifications

Male or Female Thai nationality age 35-45 years.
Male must be completed or exempted from military.
Bachelor’s degree related in Logistics, International Business, Import & Export, or related field.
At least 10 years’ experiences in warehouse operation which can explain and/or solve the problem correctly.
To center on co-operate relevant parties.
To work under high pressure with high responsibility.
Leadership, Interpersonal skill, Open-minded and Positive Thinking, Well know Japanese Culture.
Knowledge in Inventory and Warehouse Management.
Good Communication and interactive.
Good Command on English and Basic Program Computer.
Have a driving license or own car in advantage.
