The quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality process, ensuring efficient and high-quality dyeing operations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role involves managing teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to quality and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: •Check the quality of bulk produce shades after dyeing. •Analyze the deviations and implement corrective actions as per requirement •Ensuring timely and correct delivery of report •Technical training of workmen •Planning of machines maintenance and ensuring the execution of the same •Calibration of lab machines •Implement SOP and maintain housekeeping and safety compliances

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Dyeing Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in dyeing or textile production, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
knowledge of dyeing processes, dyeing machinery, Dyes testing, chemical testing and raw material testing
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and quality management software.
