Job Descriptions
Duties: Learning Store Operations: - Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and ensuring the store's operational standards. - Support day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures. Customer Service Excellence: - Support promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and sales. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with store team members to ensure smooth operations. - Support team members in achieving store goals and maintaining high performance. Training and Development: - Participate in structured training programs covering key areas of store operations. - Shadow experienced managers to learn leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  1. Can speak,read and write in Chinese (welcome new graduates)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  3. Passion for the retail industry and customer service.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office and retail management systems).
  7. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
