Job Descriptions
- Business Applications Support: Provide support for key business applications, including ERP, HR, purchasing, and financial systems. - Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure smooth business operations. - ERP System Maintenance: Support and maintain the ERP system, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and making minor updates to enhance functionality. - In-House Software Support: Debug and maintain in-house applications developed with VB.Net. - Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely, implementing necessary improvements based on business needs. - Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems. - Maintain thorough documentation of processes and system changes. - User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on business applications and ERP systems, creating training materials and conducting sessions as necessary.
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิป.ตรีด้าน Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering and Security, or other related it
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
