Job Descriptions
•Account Manager primary responsibility is to engage and raise the profile of AES with the customers •Develop strong relationships with key corporate management and their working team to identify new business opportunities. •Increase the share of AES’s products and services in the market and grow overall sales within the sector. •The Account Manager will also be required to develop strategic and execution plans for his/her own accounts/customers. •Communicate and coordinate with internal teams on the business plan to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of the latest situation. Business Understanding & Skills •Excellent presentation skills •Well organized •Willingness to travel as required •Commercial acumen •Strong negotiation and influencing skills •Ability to build long term, customer focused relationships •Ability to multi-task, and coordinate activities •Strong problem-solving skills •Excellent Communication Skills •Provide activities reports •MS office •CANVA (preferred) •Golf (preferred) •Outgoing personality •Work with flexible hours
Qualifications
  1. 5+ yrs experience in Security/IT segment
  2. Demonstrated experience Value Based Selling skill
  3. Demonstrated experience in account management
  4. Demonstrated experience in Solution selling
  5. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field; Engineering degree is an advantage.
  6. Thai National
  7. Good in written and spoken English
