Job Descriptions

-Prepare purchase order (PO) documents with the EXPRESS program to ensure alignment with purchase request (PR) documents. -Able to track the ordered products to be delivered according to the specified Lead Time and check the documents for accuracy -Able to procure products according to the supervisor's orders, have wit and be able to negotiate with suppliers -Record purchase document expenses into EXPRESS system -Issue sales INVOICE and Delivery notes , Record sales documents -Translate documents and emails, and provide interpreter support ( HR and Accounting Department ) -Contact and coordinate with customers -Able to perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Age 25-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
Have a good command of Japanese ( N3 Level and Above)
Have a personal car and a valid driver's license
At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Purchasing in a manufacturing business.
Service minded & Communication skill.
Have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Have knowledge IATF or ISO SYSTEM
