Job Descriptions

- Production Planning and Scheduling: ・ Develop and implement production plans to meet business and market demands. ・ Schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of products. ・ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. - Resource Management: ・ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets. ・ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials. ・ Optimize resource allocation based on production schedules. ‐ Quality Control: ・ Ensure all products meet quality standards. ・ Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections. ・ Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. ‐ Safety and Compliance: ・ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. ・ Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff. ・ Address any safety concerns promptly to prevent accidents.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in related fields
Driving license and own a car
Skills in analysis, planning, document management, leadership, and a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office, software applications, internet, and Outlook
Good command of English
