Job Descriptions
- Control manpower for daily production target achievement
- Monitor, control production to follow working standard for the best result, safety working
- Maintain “Activity Continuous Improvement” for defect & cost reduction
- Lead for manpower skill development by OJT
- Lead in daily morning meeting
- Assist Section Chief to establish & maintain Quality system ISO 9000
- Control Production Section to achieve production plan and get the good quality.
- Monitoring and control production line for smoothly.
- Control manpower ( direct and indirect ) to support production section follow lean concept.
- Control indirect materials and factory supply materials to support production section.
- Control subordinate and worker strictly follow Woking Instruction ( WI ), Safety Instruction and Company rule.
- Work as assigned by Supervisor
- On the job training to new subordinate and worker.
- Take responsibility follow job assignment.
- Support ISO 14000 and ISO9000 requirement.
- Support company's activity. - Work with cross functional team ( PE & TPM & QA ) to solve the problem.
- Kaizen, Improvement and Sui-age activity.
Qualifications
- Male (Only) age 27 years old up
- Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or related field
- Understand and able to do activity 5 S ,TPM , IE ,Kaizen,Safety ,QC And ISO 9001
- Experience at least 1 years or up in Supervisor level ,Line production ,manpower control
- Good command of computer and able to operate program Auto CAD,Solid work
- Can communicate in English , Japanese will be advantage
