Job Descriptions

1) Work closely with R&D team to create and execute monthly/LTO campaigns in order to drive sales 2) Campaign product inventory planning, estimating volume of order to meet future sales. Also tracking product performance and manage to place additional orders if necessary. 3) Manage cost of food within given budget 4) Collaborate with headquarters in Japan to manage inventory of imported raw materials 5) Coordinate with related parties to implement campaign plan 6) Monitor F&B trends 7) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
25-30 Years old
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing or related fields
Experience in food & beverage industry will be an advantage
NPD background will be an advantage
Fluent in Thai and English
