1.Receipt document from Import/Export Customer Service/Senior Import/Export Customer Service.
2.Disbursement Import and Export duty advance from customer
3.Check revenue and advance documents
4.Issue invoice to the customer as per company tariff or quotation
5.Billing process as per SOP
6.Scan all Import documents to e-Doc in CW1
7.Keep Job file (paper works/paperless) as per Filling Storage SOP
Working : Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00
North Sathon near BTS Silom
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree any related field
- Have an experience 3 years in field Billing at Business freight forwarder
- Good Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Good skill interpersonal
