Job Descriptions

• Provide expert legal advice to senior management and business units on corporate, commercial, and operational matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including sales, service, and vendor contracts. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., corporate, labor, data protection). • Manage legal risks by conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact on the company. • Handle disputes, litigation, or arbitration, coordinating with external counsel as necessary. • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards. • Manage intellectual property rights and other legal assets. • Develop and deliver training programs on legal and compliance issues for employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree in Law or a related field is an advantage.
Licensed to practice law
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with in-house experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract law, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience in ISO standards, especially ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
