Job Descriptions
- Liaise and coordinate with brand/ factory/ carriers and shipping. - Control and approve shipments to release from origin and ensure all inbound shipments meet the brand needs. - Track inbound shipment and responsible for shipment master file. - Negotiate transport cost for each shipment with freight forwarder. - Check import entry and documents for customs clearance including VM/ packaging. - Monitor transport status to ensure shipment arrives at the warehouse on schedule. - Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are correct. - Coordinate with the accounting team about the payment of import process and Good receipt in the system. - Coordinate with internal team stakeholders. - Prepare invoice and packing list including PHYTO/ CITES/ FDA. - Prepare and analyze monthly inbound logistics reports such as landed cost. - Process claims on merchandise shortage and overage. - Analyze and improve inbound warehouse processes. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in Import & export, FTA, and incoterm is a MUST.
  2. Experience or knowledge in the Fashion industry.
  3. SAP and POS skills are an advantage.
  4. Bonded Warehouse and warehouse operation skills are an advantage.
  5. Good negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Good command of English.
  7. Can work under pressure, service-minded, and is a team player.
  8. Very strong MS Excel skills.
  9. Ability to manage complexity.
