Job Descriptions
- Design, implement, manage, consult, and maintain server systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Develop and manage service backup solutions to safeguard critical data and systems. - Design and build comprehensive service monitoring systems and ensure effective monitoring of system performance. - Provide support to application and project teams, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated. - Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Document operational runbooks and provide coaching to team members as needed. - Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of System Administrator/ programming-related experience.
  3. Good knowledge or experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
  4. Proficiency in server systems, VM servers, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
  5. Strong understanding of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server. (MCSA/MCSE certifications are a plus).
  6. Familiarity with database systems, including MSSQL and MySQL.
  7. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  8. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer problems effectively.
  9. Quick learner with a self-initiative mindset and a proactive attitude.
  10. High sense of responsibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  11. Open-minded and adaptable to changing situations and challenges.
  12. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused service mindset.
