Job Descriptions
1. Listen and analyze for problems. (Business Analysis) and providing advice on data analysis to its fullest potential
2. Determine the scope of consideration of important processing cores together with the project team
3. Able to write Business flow or Activity diagram with document processing skills and systematic management
4. Follow up, control and inspect the quality of the Business Analyst's work to verify accuracy and meet customer/users needs
5. Understand the various products and services of the institute, understand the various projects therein, and keep up to date with new information updates
6. The consistency and format of our quality reviews before work allows us to execute our team (participating in SIT, UAT with team/clients and other project teams)
7. Have knowledge and experience in planning as well as have an experience in conducting the scenario test case
8. Detailed analysis of customer/users needs and have technical knowledge such as making UX/UI applications, websites, or data analysis models, etc., including doing User Acceptance Testing
9. Have the skills to negotiate and work with stakeholders. (Stakeholders) in order to obtain satisfactory results
10. Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches and understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth
11. Utilizing IT data for business insights and Analyzing business needs
12. Sourcing and implementing new business technology and finding technological solutions to business requirements
13. Producing reports on application development and implementation. And other tasks which assigned from the Head of team
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, age not over 35 years
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of Business Analyst or relevant work experience
- Experienced in Project Management and understanding Project Management framework
- Have good skills in document preparation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent an analytical mindset & analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and as well as commercial awareness
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive and confidential
- Learn things quickly Interested in technology and able to use digital tools well, able to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook fluently
- Have a good attitude and a positive attitude towards work
- Ready to be a part of the team to lead the team to success. Have a lot of responsibility and ready to listen to shortcomings To be able to improve yourself and your team
