Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
•Prepare and analyze complex trends and status reports.
•Prepare documents and file, process, track, and maintain documents.
•Collect and draw data from a variety of sources.
•Coordinate, manage, and follow up assignments with internal and external parties.
•Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications - 3 years of work experience in the project management office (PMO) or at least 2 years in admin.
- Bachelor's degree in business and related fields.
- Good presentation and English communication skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, outlook, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork capabilities.
- Self-motivated, service-minded, well-organized, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), 10 hours a day (6.30-17.30)
