Job Descriptions

Work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (6 days per week) Reporting line: Operation VP Job Description: Material Management: Responsible for the receiving, storage, stacking, preservation and inventory of materials in the warehouse, ensuring that the accounts match the goods and that the storage of materials is safe and orderly. Warehouse management system operation: Proficient in operating the warehouse management system, accurately entering and updating material inventory data, timely generating various inventory reports, and providing data support for the procurement and sales departments. Order processing: Based on order requirements, efficiently and accurately sort, package, and allocate materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and meet customer needs. Regular inventory check: Conduct a comprehensive inventory check of the warehouse regularly, check the quantity, quality and status of inventory materials, promptly handle inventory surplus, inventory deficit and overdue materials, and ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of inventory assets. Material safety management: Strictly implement the warehouse safety management system, take protective measures such as fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, insect prevention, etc., to ensure the safety of company property. Onsite environment maintenance: Keep the goods and environment in the warehouse clean and hygienic, ensuring that the warehouse is clean and orderly. Communication and collaboration: Maintain close communication and collaboration with departments such as procurement, sales and logistics, coordinate and handle various issues during the material receiving and dispatching process, and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Team management: Responsible for team growth and KPI achievement, set and review KPI of team members and provide professional support for team members as needed. Other tasks as assigned: Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

Education background: College degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics management, supply chain management, trade and related fields.
Professional skills: Familiar with warehouse receiving and dispatching operation procedures, possessing professional knowledge and skills in material storage and proficient in using commonly used office software.
Work experience: More than 2 years of warehouse management related work experience in the electronics industry
Comprehensive qualities: ability to withstand pressure, good team spirit, execution ability and communication and coordination ability
Language requirement: Fluent Chinese, priority given to those with English communication skills
