Job Descriptions

Work Time: 8:00 - 17:00, 6 days per week Reporting Line: Process Engineering Director Job Description: Develop and implement process plans: Based on production operation and requirements, develop process plans, supervise and guide the implementation of production process plans. New product development and production: Participate in the process review and formulation of process flowchart for new products, responsible for the trial production and process optimization of new products, ensuring the validation of product trial production and the achievement of smooth mass production. Problem solving and improvement: Collect, summarize and provide feedback on the problems that arise in the production process of each workshop, propose corresponding solutions and implement them after approval. At the same time, optimize the workshop layout and the production line to meet the requirements of lean production. Production maintenance and on-site management: handle abnormal situations during the production process, solve technical problems on the production site and ensure smooth production. Training and coaching: Provide coaching and training to workshop managers and operators on the process flow, production technology, processes and equipment. Cost control and quality management: Track material losses during the production process, establish loss standards, reduce process losses of key materials, improve production efficiency and product quality. Technical exchange and cooperation: Conduct product technical interface and communication with development engineers.

Qualifications

Education background: College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, process design or related fields.
Work experience: More than 2 years of on-site management experience in the electronics industry, with a background in automation design preferred.
Professional skills: Proficient in using computer-aided technologies such as CAD, familiar with PCBA processing technology, mechanical processing technology and mold processing technology.
Comprehensive qualities: ability to withstand pressure, good team spirit, execution ability, and communication and coordination ability
Language requirement: Fluent English, priority given to those with Chinese communication skills
