Job Descriptions

* Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Develop and manage campaigns including defining objectives/KPIs, media plan creation, reporting and ongoing optimization. * Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring timely and successful introduction of new products into the market and re-pushing product category. * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess campaign effectiveness. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners.

Qualifications

Master / bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience (4 years +/-) in product marketing, brand management, or Marketing Manager preferably in Fashion industry.
Can-do attitude with strong energy of results oriented. Able to work under time constraints.
Communication / Language: strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation both in English and Thai.
