Job Descriptions

1) TikTok account management Develop yearly and monthly content plans tailored for TikTok. Research, script, and plan engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives. Handle video production end-to-end, including filming, voiceovers, editing, and post-production. Manage posting schedules and optimize posts with paid or non-paid ads for greater reach and engagement. Be able to manage and generate revenue from Tiktok shop and others sale driven platforms 2) KOL/Influencer Campaigns Identify suitable influencers or KOLs for restaurant review collaborations. Prepare detailed campaign briefs and manage communication with influencers. Ensure campaigns align with Thailand’s strict alcohol promotion regulations and operate within a limited budget. 3) Social media Partnerships and supporter Establish and maintain partnerships with landlords where Wine Connection operate the business to co-promote communication effectively. Develop co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and traffic at respective locations. Assist with additional social media tasks as assigned, including content creation and campaign management for other platforms. 4) Multitasking content management with several brands Be able to work with several brands and content’s identities under Wine Connection’s restaurant chain brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for brands or equivalent platforms.
Strong video production and editing skills with proficiency in relevant tools.
Experience collaborating with influencers or managing KOL campaigns.
Knowledge of Thai advertising laws, particularly concerning alcohol promotion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Creativity and ability to work independently as a one-stop service provider for content creation.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
