Job Descriptions- To Provide first tier support and provide troubleshooting and technical support to employee (internal user), Zara’s Branches and Young brand’s Branches for all internal POS PC Bluebird iPod iPad iPhone hardware ,application, software on windows base, hardware and all kind of peripherals, and all the tasks related to the end-user computing application over the phone and onsite. ·
- To manage and tracking incidents until close all incidents within SLA and escalate to relate team.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT
- 0-3 years working experience
- Have a basic knowledge about Network/Hardware/Software computer program on windows
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good communication skill and service-minded
- Good communication in English
- Able to work in shift
- Age 22-35 years old
