HR Manager in Galaxy Valves
Analyze the existing workforce and plan talent development in alignment with the company's strategic growth.
Take charge of human resource management, implement solutions, and improve systems, processes, and framework construction.
Organize and implement initiatives in recruitment and placement, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation management, and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of the six major modules of human resource management.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and possesses strong recruitment capabilities.
- Well-versed in local laws and regulations.
- Over 5 years of experience in the same role within medium to large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
- Proficient in Chinese, with a minimum of HSK4 level or equivalent proficiency.
