Job Descriptions

Responsible for maintaining the bar and restaurant- s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure the efficient bar and restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The Bar and Restaurant Manager will promote and grow business, hire and train staff, and ensure that customers are receiving excellent drinks, food and service. You will also manage inventory and resources, help plan and execute special / promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, create staff rosters / schedules, follow business objectives and targets to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. The Bar and Restaurant Manager must be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality
Age between 28-45 years old
Experience in restaurant or bar management for at least 2 years or knowledge of beverages, foreign beers will be given special
Good command of Thai & English, both written and spoken
Have experience up 2 years in the hotel field
Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
Able to work according to the specified time, work in shifts
