Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: 1.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys. 2.Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements, focusing on long-term impact. 3.Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, supporting business decisions aligned with strategy and customer satisfaction. 4.Solution Design and Implementation: Work with IT teams to design solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct user testing, training, and ensure value delivery. 5.Project Management: Manage project activities, plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget while reporting progress. 6.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams. Ensure clear communication and empathy to address stakeholder concerns. 7.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure solutions comply with regulations, proactively identifying and managing risks. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. Technical Skills: - Familiarity with insurance software systems and tools. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
  3. Experience with underwriting processes, claims management, and product development is highly desirable.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  7. Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards.
  8. Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  9. Empathy and the ability to understand and address stakeholder concerns.
  10. A business owner mindset, with a focus on long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  11. Presentation skills to effectively communicate solution designs and project progress.
