Job Descriptions

1) Responsible for the quality work of the laboratory, organizing the preparation and revision of the quality manual and procedure documents; 2) Organizing the establishment and operation of the laboratory management system; 3) Responsible for the preparation of internal audit plans and audit reports, assigning internal auditors, and organizing the implementation of internal audits; 4) Responsible for organizing the control of non-conformities and the follow-up verification of the implementation of fixed measures; 5) Organizing the handling of the client's handling opinions and quality accidents in the test work; 6) Participating in management review, responsible for the preparation of management review plans and review reports and organizing their implementation;

Qualifications

Chinese speaking；
Full-time bachelor degree or above in electronics or other related majors;
5 years or more of on-site quality management experience, those with experience in the electronics industry are preferred;
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills (8D), good on-site management and continuous improvement capabilities;
Strong communication and team management skills;
Work background in Chinese-funded enterprises.
