Job Descriptions
1.Prepare accounting records and check the accuracy of recording transactions / prepare creditor records/ pay creditors.
2.Prepare payment file
3.Prepare withholding documents and report monthly withholding documents.
4.Bank reconciliation between payment file, bank statement and Accounting Program
5.Prepare a monthly payment plan file (Cash flow)
Liaise with Bank
6.Report problems and solutions to supervisors.
7.Ad-hoc task as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 1-3 years' experience in Financing, Treasury, or Accounting.
- Teamwork spirit and good problem-solving ability
- Abilities in MS Excel , MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Starting work immediately will be given special consideration.
