Job Descriptions
- ดำเนินการตามที่นิติบุคคลฯ มอบหมายให้รับผิดชอบ - จัดประชุมตามข้องบังคับนิติบุคคลฯ ประชุมใหญ่สามัญ,ประชุมคณะกรรมการนิติบุคคลฯ - ทำรายงานการประชุม - ควบคุมการจัดการดูแลพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้เรียบร้อย - รับผิดชอบติดตามการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนกลางฯ - ดูแลควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานทุกฝ่าย เช่น ฝ่ายช่างเทคนิค, ฝ่ายอาคาร,ฝ่ายรักษาความปลอดภัย,ฝ่ายแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด - ควบคุมดูแล บำรุงรักษางานระบบต่างๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพดี - ดูแลและติดตามคู่สัญญาต่างๆ เช่น ดูแลบริการลิฟท์, สระว่ายน้ำ, ประกันภัยอาคาร ฯลฯ - ประชุมประจำเดือนกับพนักงานทุกคนเพื่อรับรู้ปัญหาและแก้ไข
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : ชาย , หญิง , LGBTQ
  2. อายุ : 25 ปี ไม่เกิน 50 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในด้านบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากเคยบริหารจัดการคอนโดมิเนียมหรือหมู่บ้านจัดสรร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีความรู้พรบ.อาคารชุดฯ หรือ พรบ.หมู่บ้านจัดสรรฯ
  6. มีความรู้ในการตรวจสอบงานด้านบัญชีการเงินเบื้องต้น
  7. มีทักษะการเจรจา โน้มน้าวผู้อื่นได้ดี และมีบุคลิกความเป็นผู้นำและบริหารงาน Team Work และทีมผู้รับเหมาให้ได้ตามแผน
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  9. สามารถเริ่มงานได้เลยทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
