Job DescriptionsVisitor Engagement
•Ensure high-quality service and visitor satisfaction throughout the entire visitor experience.
•Lead Visitor Services staff by example to provide excellent service and encourage repeat visits.
•Collaborate with the communications team to effectively share information about exhibitions and programs.
•Address special visitor needs and resolve escalated issues promptly.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Department Operations
•Oversee daily operations and recommend improvements aligned with the mission and budget.
•Collaborate with other departments to address visitor-related issues and participate in planning meetings.
•Maintain the professional appearance of Visitor Services areas, including public desks and staff spaces.
Administration and Budget
•Assist in setting goals, improving policies, and managing projects.
•Support budget planning, analysis, and forecasting.
•Provide ongoing coaching to staff and enhance performance through improved procedures.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Proven track record of building collaborative and cross-functional business relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Have driving license and personal car.
