Job Descriptions
1. Provide logistics services for import & export to customers via sea, air, and land transport (by truck). 2. Study the market and expand the customer base, professionally presenting service products to potential customers. 3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless import and export services for customers in every step of the process. 4. Act as a consultant for import and export matters for customers, providing service with a customer-centric approach. 5. Contact and arrange appointments with customers to meet and present the company’s service products. 6. Follow up on sales performance and report sales outcomes to the department head during each meeting. 7. Prepare sales reports and summarise sales results for the department head on a weekly basis. 8. Communicate with overseas agents to request pricing and shipping schedules in order to offer competitive prices to customers.
Qualifications
  1. Male /Female
  2. Age between 23-40 years old
  3. Bachelor's degree or higher Logistics related fields (will be an advantage)
  4. At least 1-3 years' experience in Sales position for Freight Forwarder business (Air & Sea)
  5. Good command of English
  6. Service mind, Positive thinking and Responsibility
