Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: •Prepare and manage documents such as quotations, invoices, receipts, and contracts. •Maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed. •Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and Line OA. •Greet visitors and guide them through rental properties. •Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. •Maintain and update customer and project databases. •Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to support the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience as a Coordinator, Admin Officer, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role (new graduates are welcome).
Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
Excellent service mindset, positive attitude, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
