Job Descriptions
•Daily travel to various supplier locations at South Thailand to conduct product inspection, performance test and packaging drop test according to the Inspection standard and AQL sampling plan
•Ensure the products meet the requirements and sign off sample
•Confirm the total quantity, UPC & UCC, case pack quantity, packaging and color box meet the PO requirements
•Prepare and complete the daily inspection report timely
•Escalate quality issues and inquiries to the Quality Manager, as necessary
•Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Working Time : 09.00 - 18.00
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of Quality Control experience in Housewares or Home Cleaning industry;
- Home office based and willing to travel to South Thailand and ASEAN factories
- With High Integrity, Honesty and Ability to resist temptation.
- Profound interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with factories regarding quality issues
- Proactive, Quick response and Flexible in assigned tasks
- Good command of both written and oral English. Knowing Mandarin/Chinese is a BIG Plus
- Diploma or higher diploma Engineering, Mechanical, Business or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of plastic properties and plastic injections is a BIG PLUS
- Less experienced applicants will be considered as Quality Controller (please state during application)
