Job Descriptions

•Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. •Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs. •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. •Present catering services to both domestic and international clients. •Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to build loyalty. •Act as the liaison between internal and external departments to ensure the smooth execution of catering functions. •Prepare necessary documentation such as quotations, catering forms, and other related materials. •Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports. •Gather and address customer requirements during meetings to enhance customer satisfaction and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a sales role within the F&B, hotel, or catering industries.
Prior experience in catering sales is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Passionate about sales and hardworking.
Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
