The Sales Engineer is responsible for handling purchase orders (PO), shipping coordination, providing quotations, managing sample releases, and communicating with customers regarding shipping and order details. Job Purpose:The Sales Engineer is responsible for handling purchase orders (PO), shipping coordination, providing quotations, managing sample releases, and communicating with customers regarding shipping and order details.Key Responsibilities:PO & Shipping Handling: Manage purchase orders and coordinate shipments.Sample Release: Oversee the release of product samples.Quotation Information: Prepare and fill in the required quotation details.Shipping Communication: Provide customers with weekly shipping updates and handle shipping-related inquiries.Customer Order System: Operate the online order system and manage returns.

Qualifications

University degree, Master's preferred.
Sales or technical support experience, knowledge of RFQs and customer management.
Strong communication, technical understanding, and proficiency in MS Office.
Chinese (beginner)
English (TOEIC 550)
