Job Descriptions

Job Description (JD): Quality Control Inspections: Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet quality requirements. Defective Product Improvement Tracking: Track and confirm the improvement results of defective products. IPQC Personnel Training, Supervision, and Assessment: Provide training, supervision, and performance assessment for IPQC personnel. Process Audit: Audit the operating conditions of process products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Development and Implementation of IPQC Quality Specifications: Develop and implement IPQC quality specifications to ensure proper quality control. Handling and Tracking of Process Abnormal Events: Manage and track abnormal events in the process and ensure corrective actions are taken. Execution and Tracking of Process Quality Reviews: Execute and track process quality reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Scrap Analysis and Control: Analyze and control scrap material to minimize losses. OQC and OOB Inspection Before Shipment: Conduct final quality checks (OQC) and inspect out-of-box (OOB) defects before shipment. Microsection Defect Analysis: Perform microsection analysis to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

Male/Female
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields.
At least 1-3 years of experience in quality control (QA/QC) or process inspection.
Experience in relevant industries such as electronics, automotive, or manufacturing of components is a plus.
Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical terms.
Strong problem-solving abilities for analyzing quality issues and determining root causes.
Ability to perform defect analysis and propose corrective actions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments within the organization.
Knowledge and experience in managing and monitoring quality control processes such as OQC, OOB inspection, and microsection analysis.
