Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: Visual and AVI Appearance Inspection: Perform visual inspections and AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) to assess the appearance of products and ensure they meet quality standards. Marking and Isolating Unqualified Products: Identify unqualified products, mark them, and isolate them to prevent them from being shipped. Reporting Abnormal Quality Information: Document and communicate any abnormal quality issues, ensuring relevant teams are informed for corrective action. Maintenance of Auxiliary Inspection Equipment: Perform basic and daily maintenance on auxiliary inspection equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Reprocessing System Execution: Implement and manage the reprocessing system to address defective products and ensure they are appropriately reworked. Handling of Customer Returns: Manage the return of products from customers, ensuring proper inspection, analysis, and reprocessing. OSP Operating System Execution and Maintenance: Execute and maintain the OSP (Outsourced Process) operating system, ensuring smooth integration of external processes. Pickling Operation System Execution and Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the pickling operation system to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Laser 2D Barcode Operation: Operate and manage the laser 2D barcode system for tracking and inventory control. Control Over Packaging Materials Usage: Monitor the use of packaging materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with standards. Inventory and Product Receipt Management: Manage the receipt and counting of products in the warehouse, ensuring accurate logging and distribution. Inner Packaging and Posting Operations: Oversee inner packaging and posting processes to ensure products are properly prepared for shipment. Shipping Product Packaging and Cartoning Operations: Supervise the packaging and cartoning operations of products to be shipped, ensuring they meet shipping requirements. Warehouse Receipt Login and Distribution

Qualifications

Male/Female
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields.
Alternatively, relevant experience in production or quality control may be considered.
At least 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection or shipping management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in packaging processes or warehouse management is a plus.
Knowledge and skills in final product inspection and quality control.
Knowledge in maintaining and managing inspection equipment and systems related to production and shipping processes.
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and other department
Skills in controlling packaging materials and overseeing the packaging and cartoning operations for shipping.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other teams.
Proficiency in basic computer programs like MS Office (Word, Excel) and warehouse or shipping management systems.
Good written and spoken English communication skills (if necessary).
