Job Descriptions

o Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and carriers for booking space on vessels. o Confirm bookings and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery. o Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and export declarations. o Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer- specific requirements. o Communicate with customers to confirm shipment details and provide updates on shipping timelines. o Resolve any booking or shipment-related issues promptly. o Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and sea freight. o Maintain strong relationships with service providers for seamless operations. o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sea export operations (e.g., transit times, freight costs, and shipment accuracy). o Identify areas for improvement and propose cost-saving strategies. o Monitor market trends in sea freight, including rates, demand, and capacity, to support decision-making. o Provide insights and recommendations to optimize booking strategies. o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on export operations, performance metrics, and cost analysis. o Present findings to management and suggest actionable improvements.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sea export operations, logistics, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
