Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales/Marketing Associate to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships with customers, generating leads, and promoting our products and services. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Sales Support: - Assist in managing customer inquiries and processing orders. - Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. - Follow up with existing and potential customers to nurture relationships. - Maintain and update customer databases and records. Marketing Activities: - Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media posts. - Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. - Help implement digital marketing campaigns and analyze their performance. Administrative Duties: - Prepare sales and marketing reports for internal review. - Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating schedules. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (if you understand everything in this document, you're fine).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
