Job Descriptions

Coordinate shipping schedule, routes with transportation companies to meet project requirements as well as ensure that goods arrive on time without damage. Review shipping documents and information to agent/freight forwarder for freight arrangement. Co-ordinate with courier, freight forwarder, power plants, BOI and related parties to prepare paperwork, identify exemptions and arrange for import or export customs clearance until arrival to final destination. Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy prior shipment. Harmonized System (HS code) control for import/export. Provide logistics solutions with project implementation for project team. Monitor and Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule. Work closely with warehouse team for incoming, outgoing equipment, material Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a BOI and Import & Export role in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or other related fields.
In-depth knowledge of Thai investment laws, regulations, and tax incentives.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsible for completing work and assigned tasks
Positive attitude towards the organization, team, and colleagues.
