Your roles;
• Create & Propose Full Year trade & consumer promotion program and activities; follow with monthly plan proposal supported with target & cost calculation
• Execute & Monitor all trade & consumer promotion program and activities properly, create creative campaign to get more profit and compete in the market.
•Evaluate all trade & consumer promotion program and activities in monthly basis to get better understanding about the program effectiveness
• Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, POS and competitor's program to get more insight to optimize the program
• Responsible for making A&P budgets and control the A&P usage to support promotional activities in each channel
• Coordinate sales activities at stores (i.e. outpost; IG/FB Live) between sales team and account; prepare the promotion program to support the sales
• Work closely with account to get more support and program optimization
• Responsible for the Sales Objective & Sales Achievement of distribution channel in responsible
• Work closely with internal teams such as:
Marketing planning/supply chain to do forecasting
Marketing Communication to get awareness of the program
Finance team to run, perform and control the program smoothly
• Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.

Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related filed
- At least 3 years experience in marketing and brand management, experience with Chain Department Store is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully executing trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities for cosmetics brands.
- Experience working closely with retailers, distributors, and in-store teams to drive product visibility and sales.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, market trends, and consumer behavior in the beauty segment.
- Expertise in trade marketing strategies, retail merchandising, and product placement
- Proficient in creating point-of-sale materials, product displays, and promotional campaigns that drive consumer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market share, and campaign performance.
- Experience in budget management for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital trade marketing tools and e-commerce trends in the beauty industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in English
- Passion for the cosmetics/beauty industry and staying updated on beauty trends and consumer needs.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of organization and time management skills
