Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Material Incoming Inspector to manage the analysis and quality control of raw materials and parts. The role involves overseeing the inspection of incoming materials, managing various quality assurance processes, and ensuring that materials meet the required specifications. The Material Incoming Inspector will also be responsible for ensuring the consistency of product quality and supporting suppliers to improve their performance. Key Responsibilities: Process Bath Liquid Analysis & Abnormality Management: Conduct regular analysis of bath liquids and manage any abnormalities. Ensure that all bath liquids meet the required standards. Pure Water and Wastewater Analysis: Perform routine analyses of pure water and wastewater to ensure their quality and compliance with standards. Fluid Line Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the fluid in each line trunking is free of harmful substances. Ensure that there is no contamination or harmful residues in the fluid lines. SPC System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the Statistical Process Control (SPC) system for bath and product characteristics. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the SPC system. Reliability Testing: Coordinate and manage reliability tests to assess the performance and durability of materials and components. Material Incoming Inspection: Develop and implement the incoming material inspection plan. Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, parts, and processed products to verify compliance with quality standards. Supplier Quality Assessment: Conduct quality assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet the required standards. Support the development of performance metrics for suppliers. Raw Materials Submission & Control: Ensure that raw materials are submitted for approval and are controlled according to specifications. Manage special materials control to ensure proper handling and compliance.

Qualifications

Male/Female
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in material inspection, quality control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of SPC and GSM systems.
Familiarity with process bath liquid and water/wastewater analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers to improve performance.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assessment methods is a plus.
