Job Descriptions

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee the handling, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment and materials. This role includes managing various electrical testing processes, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment in the production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources, addressing equipment abnormalities, and ensuring data integrity through detailed log file management. Key Responsibilities: Handling Incoming Materials: Receive incoming cutting board forming materials and ensure proper cleaning with water before processing. Process Management: Coordinate washing, baking, reflow, and electrical testing processes for the second and fourth lines. Maintain and manage schedules related to these processes. Utilization Rate Confirmation: Confirm the utilization rates of the equipment used in the electrical testing and production lines. Equipment Maintenance & Abnormality Feedback: Identify, report, and address any equipment abnormalities. Provide feedback on abnormalities and coordinate the necessary maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. Electrical Measurement Fixture Management: Oversee the management and calibration of electrical measurement fixtures. OPL Operation Management: Manage various OPL (Operator Procedures List) operations related to electrical testing, ensuring proper loading and unloading processes. Abnormal Maintenance & Yield Management: Monitor and manage abnormal maintenance issues that affect the yield after electrical testing. Provide timely feedback on R1 notices and other yield-related concerns. Log File Management: Ensure the accurate management and organization of electrical measurement data log files. Maintain detailed records for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Male/Female
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical testing, equipment maintenance, and process management in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electrical measurement fixtures and testing procedures.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment issues.
Knowledge of scheduling, utilization rate analysis, and equipment reliability.
Attention to detail and strong data management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to provide feedback on technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with OPL operations and process optimization is a plus.
