Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with customers about orders, forecasts, and shipping plans. 2. Request the Production team to prepare goods refer to PO. 3. Arrange shipment and cooperate with the forwarder 4. Follow up shipment status and update to customers 5. Issue and prepare shipping documents for submission to customers 6. Co-operate window to customers' requirement 7. Payment monitoring & collecting for some customers 8. Assist on other duties as assigned (if needed)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or others
  2. Thai Nationality with excellent interpersonal & Communication skills
  3. Good communication skills and teamwork
  4. Pleasant personality, Service-oriented minded and Self-motivated
  5. Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Power Point), Internet and E-mail will be advantaged
  6. Preferably working experience and knowledge in Multinational Freight Forwarder wll be an advantaged
  7. Experience online marketing will be advantaged
  8. Good command of spoken and written English
  9. TOEIC 400 will be an advantaged
